What we collect

Only your email address, and only if you type it into the form yourself. Nothing else. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

To email you about upcoming shows and ticket on-sales. We do not send anything else and we never share, sell or rent the list.

Broadcast Festival, run by the same people, uses the same mailing list. Your address is recorded with the site you signed up from, so you only receive the kind of announcement you asked for.

Our lawful basis

Consent. You give it by typing your address into the form and submitting it. You can withdraw it at any time — by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to the address below — and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

Who processes it

The list is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our data processors and may process data outside the UK under standard contractual clauses. We do not currently use an email marketing provider; if that changes, this notice will be updated before any email is sent.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until two years after your last show with us, whichever comes first. After that the record is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to it being used at all. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
